- Damaged or defective products received
- Incorrect item delivered
To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the product.
Non-Refundable Items
- Food products once opened or consumed
- Orders cancelled after dispatch
- Incorrect address or delivery failure due to customer error
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
